Could you please tell me whether the following sentences are correct (especially the highlighted parts):
The contract comes into force only after the Lessee confirms by his signature that he exercises his right.
The Lessee and the Lessor undertake to sign a contract with the same wording.
Thanks a lot!
It refers to the contract as a whole, because it is a "contract for future lease contract" (which is a contract on the basis of which the parties undertake to sign a lease contract in the future provided that specific conditions are met. The text of the lease contract is included both in the contract for future lease contract and in the lease contract itself). The Lessee and the Lessor undertake to sign a contract with the same wording if e.g. the Lessee exercises his option right.
It would be better to keep your clearer phrase "contract for [any] future lease contract" than to confuse with new wording.
