    rephrasing of six sentences 2

    Dear teachers,

    Would you be kind enough to tell me whether I am right with my rephrasing of the following sentences?

    1.1.He didnít even bother to read the letter.
    1.2.He didnít take the trouble to read the letter.

    2.1. You must take into consideration that he is young.
    2.2. You must make allowances for his youth.

    3.1. The matter was decided immediately.
    3.2. Thematter was decided on the spot.

    4.1. Your opponent will prove your equal.
    4.2. Your opponent will meet your match.

    5.1. I will help you with your work in any case.
    5.2. I will help you with your wok at all events.

    6.1.You may be absolutely sure he wonít let you down.
    6.2. You may depend on it he wonít let you down.
