ⓑNo, it's not aht serious, is it?

    B: I’m serious.
I'm not an English teacher but:

ⓐHey, why don’t you hook me up with your sister?
ⓑWhy don’t you introduce me to your sister?

"Hook me up" is slang. It could be heard as insincere depending on who you are saying it to.
is more polite and sounds natural

ⓐShe suddenly got weight of 40kg for several months and
ⓐShe looks like she is rolling around not walking around you know.
    Neither of these are correct

She suddenly got weight of 40kg for several months and

It's hard to tell what you want to say. But, gained weight is correct. "...for several months..." is confusing. Does that mean she gained 40kg over that period of time or she weighed 40kg for that length of time?

She looks like she is rolling around not walking around you know. This could be describing someone on a skateboard or literally rolling on the ground. If referring to someone's weight, it sounds like you are making fun of them and could be considered impolite.

ⓐNo, it can’t be that serious, does it?

ⓑNo, it's not aht serious, is it?

    is better (aht=that)
