    is this correct?

    can you plese correct if there is any wrong in below?
    "The customer is responsible for paying traffic fines tickets without prior demand. It is the responsibility of the customer to settle the traffic fines directly to the traffic department but for the sake of our valid customers, our car rental company will settle the traffic fines on behalf of customer but 50% of the fine amount will be charged additionally as surcharge."
