what do you think of this story? humorus or instructive or critical?

Sandy, a small pup, which Annie Warbucks rescues from a group of teasing boys, repeatedly rescues Annie from various dangers for over 80 years. Soon, Sandy will inherit the estimated $5 billion Warbucks estate and that would make Sandy the second richest dog in the world. There's another dog named Dollar. Dollar, the best friend of the world's richest kid, Richie Rich, is the heir to a fortune of more than $24 billion! You probably wish that you were the dog, right? Actually, none of Sandy and Dollar is real. They are pet dogs in children's stories. However, there are real dogs like Sandy and Dollar.

Does this story sound humorous ? Or ?

Not humorous; not instructive; not critical.
    Banal maybe. Pointless. Trivial ...
