    What is the difference of three sentences?

    2. I'm happy with who I am.
    3. I'm happy with what I am.

    No significant difference, in this case. 'What' may suggest career or expertise or sexual preference, or any number of qualities, as may 'the way'. 'Who' may suggest the holistic entity.
