The king saw in a dream a boy with a brow one foot across who wanted to take revenge on him.

"A brow one foot across" actually refers to "the distance betwwen two brows is one foot wide."

Do you think "A brow one foot across" = "the distance betwwen two brows is one foot wide."?

No, I don't-- it's just one brow a foot (12 inches) long. Must be a big boy!
