We normally say "a company offers salary" but can we say "a company gives salary"? When we say it "offers" it means a candidate is being asked to join a company in lieu of an amount that will be given every month for working with that company.

John : If I join your company how much salary will they give me?
Carter: I don't know but they are giving me $200 per day.

Please check my sentences.

Re: "a company offers salary" but can we say "a company gives salary"

A company offers a salary. It does not give one.

John would be more likely to ask If I join your company, what will my salary be?

Can I say "will I be able to get good salary, if I join that company"?

Can I say "Will I be able to get a good salary [no comma] if I join that company"?
Almost. You fixed the missing article. I made two small corrections above.
