[FONT=&quot]We read the notice that the water would be turned off for two hours.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]notice = notification[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]The landlady gave him notice to move.[/FONT][FONT=&quot]
[/FONT]
"The US Embassy in Islamabad and the Consulates in Peshawar, Lahore and Karachi are closed for routine business to the general public until further notice," Embassy spokesman Alberto Rodriguez said.

[FONT=&quot]notice = warning of one’s intention to end an agreement[/FONT]
