I am wondering if my sentences are grammatically correct.

A gang of burglars in overalls arrived with a removal van, broke in a luxurious house, and then carried expensive furniture and valuables into the van, without the neighbours suspecting anything. About fifteen minutes later, they drove off with the stolen goods, disappearing without a trace.

"Broke into" is what I would use.

I guess "removal van" is another BrE/AmE difference? I've never seen the term. We have "moving" trucks and vans.

Omit the comma before without.
