I am wondering if my sentences are grammatically correct.

A light sport plane which went missing, was found the next day crashed in the mountains. The pilot, a man with more then 30 years of flying experience was found miraculously alive and with only one broken arm.

Take the comma after missing (you don't need it there) and move it to after experience. I suggest you replace one broken arm with a broken arm.

'A light sport plane' may be common elsewhere, but as far as I know, in the UK we only call it a 'light aircraft'.

Light sport plane is a specific legal category in the United States. I don't know if it exists elsewhere.
