1. Is there a trial class for English subject?

2. Is there trial class for English subject?

3. Is there the trial class for English subject?

Which of the above are correct, please?

I think you're trying to say "Can I take/have a trial English lesson?" or "Do you offer trial English lessons?" Am I right?

I would start by asking if they offer a trial English lesson. On the day of the class, I would say that I had come for the trial lesson.
