does illocutionary act refer to indirect speech act??

I don't think so

Austin , in " How to Do Things with Words" , defined the “illocutionary” act as the act performed by uttering any sentence

Austin placed great emphasis on the ways in which illocutionary force is determined by the institutional setting in which an utterance is made;

e.g. “I name this ship the Queen Elizabeth,” counts as a christening only in a special set of circumstances.
