Dear Louis,
Thank you for your last advice, I learned much from it. I have written another article for IELTS, can you help me again? Can you give me a hand?
Yours,Sunny
Task2:
More and more women go out to work. It is responsibility of government to provide staff and facilities for children of working mother, free of charge. To what extend do you agree or disagree.

Writing:
Strong and sustainable modern economic activity relies more upon women than before. So more and more women go out to work. Some maintain that government ought to offer staff and facilities freely for children of working mother to show their responsibilities. I am firmly convinced that it is a constructive strategy to ease the burden of work for workingwomen.

It goes without saying that with the help of government, women can do better than before. Moreover, government organizes a well-staffed and well-equipped schools means, to a large degree, that children can receive advanced education. While at the same time, working mother can pay more attention to their assignments. Also, they can make full use of their spare time for some instructive filling-up which is conductive to their overall development and invaluable for future life and career. In this way, it is beneficial for both individual and society.

In the past, the chief work of women is doing the housework such as cooking and taking care of children. Nowadays, women cracked the traditional view and went out to work. Obviously, government is supposed to encourage their independent activities. Again, it is high time for government did some real work to help these courage women, settling the problems about education of their children is a desirable way.

Taking into account all these factors, we may reach the conclusion that it is undoubtedly that the government ought to provide staff and facilities for children of working mother, free of charge.

PS:
There is a paragraph I wrote before, please give me a hand.

Living an urban environment can improve the ability of children to adapt to change. Let us take a close look at it, we live in a dog-eat-dog competitive city, where survival means staying one-step ahead of the people who are the competitors with you. As a result, it can help children to form social competition awareness boost their self-realization and self-betterment. While at the same time, children live in country have a slower pace of life, it is hard for them to adapt to complex and fickleness city life.

  • Strong and sustainable modern economic activity relies upon women more than ever before. So more and more women are working outside the home.

Is that the reason women work outside the home--because the economy needs them?

Does that second sentence mean that you agree with those who advocate that the government should provide free day care for the children of women who work outside the home?
