hello this is shehnaz
i am landing up with a querry in my mind that , whether using idioms in writing portion of toefl more important tahn using phrases / thoughts.
because i m a bit uncomfortable using idioms rather than thoughts/phrases. but i m not sure which one is given more weightage, or bth are weighed similarly.

i would strive hard for my progress whatsoever is ur reply, so pl dnt be bias.

I might be able to help you if I could understand what you mean. Try to rewrite your message in standard English.

Please write your post again, following the rules of written English:

- Start every sentence with a capital letter.
- End every sentence with a single punctuation mark.
- Always capitalise the word "I".
- Do not use textspeak/chatlish. "U" is not a word. It's "you". "pl dnt" means nothing.

Check your spelling too. Try to find "querry" in a dictionary.
