About Passive Voice

Dear Sir,
I am from Pakistan; my name's Irfan Memon.
Sir i want to ask u that why while changing active into passive we use third form of the verb?

And in Present Tense why we put "s" or "es" with the verb, when the subject is singular (He, she, it, any Name).... they are singular sir i know. but "I" and "You" are also singular but why don't we put "s" or "es" with them.

Hi Irfan, welcome to the forum

To transform active to passive you must use the verb to be + participle

I bought a house --- A house was bought.

I don't know what you mean by "the third form of the verb". If you can write an example, it would be easier to help.

I don't know your language, Ifran, but in other languages all the verbs have its form and special endings for each person. In English only the third person s, es ending prevails in the third person singular.
