Hi,

Please read this sentence:
This document does not come to us for publishing.

I think the sentence does not read well.

something like: we have not received this document for publishing or

we are yet to receive this document for publishing or

we have so far not received any request for publishing this document.

Any suggestions?

It's unclear from your suggestions exactly what meaning you want to convey. Have you got the document?

No, we have not received this document.

So, to convey this message we could rewrite as:

We have not received any request to publish this docoument.

Or
This document is not published yet.

Have you been asked to publish a document, but have not actually received it?

Your first sentence means that you have not received a request.
Your second sentence means that the document has not been published anywhere by anyone (yet).
