I have a question I have been pondering and battling with myself. Is the word "ways" an abstract noun? Used in a sentence similar to "His ways led him to...". Immediate help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Ali,

Abstract nouns are nouns that we can't see, touch, etc. "His ways" in the sentence above can be interpreted also as "his behavior". We could also use as an example "His curiosity led him to..." "Curiosity" and "behavior" are abstract nouns. Similarly, "ways" in this particular context is an abstract noun. Hope that helps :)
Good luck!
