Good Morning Amy,

I am writing you because I was shocked to find out that my employment was terminated. According to the last memo I received, Nicole had assured me that I would be a permanent employee once I was trained to process the credit card charges, because I had shown great signs of improvement since my first evaluation.

From that point on, It was agreed that we would meet frequently to follow up on any feedback with the work and stick to Nicole's excellent layed out plan that helped my transition to the new and vastly changed coding system and MAS, more adaptable. I am sure that there is a good reason why we were distracted from this idea. In addition, for two weeks I was assigned to cover for the receptionist at her desk while she was on vacation and often other times which greatly reduced the time I needed to learn new responsibilities and complete work in a timely manner. Unfortunately, mistakes were not brought to my attention during the time which would have made me more successful.

I am really interested in pursuing a career in your department and confident with formal training I can remain a valuable employee. Is there anyway possible that you would reconsider your decision and extend my probation so I can have a fair opportunity to prove that I am qualified for the position?

Good Morning Amy,

I am shocked to find out that my employment has been terminated.

According to the last memo I received, Nicole assured me that I would be a permanent employee after being trained to process the credit card charges, since I had shown great improvement after my first evaluation.

It was agreed that we would meet frequently to follow up on any feedback with the work and continue with Nicole's excellent plan to help my transition to the new and vastly changed coding system and make MAS more adaptable. I am sure that there is a good reason why we were distracted from this idea. In addition, I was assigned fill in for the receptionist at her desk while she was on vacation for two weeks, which greatly reduced the time I needed to learn new responsibilities and complete work in a timely manner. Unfortunately, corrections were not brought to my attention during this time, which would have helped me solve any problems.

I am very interested in pursuing a career in your department and confident that with formal training, I can become a valuable employee.

I ask that you reconsider your decision and extend my probation so I can prove that I am qualified for the position
