Good Morning Amy,
I am writing you because I was shocked to find out that my employment was terminated. According to the last memo I received, Nicole had assured me that I would be a permanent employee once I was trained to process the credit card charges, because I had shown great signs of improvement since my first evaluation.
From that point on, It was agreed that we would meet frequently to follow up on any feedback with the work and stick to Nicole's excellent layed out plan that helped my transition to the new and vastly changed coding system and MAS, more adaptable. I am sure that there is a good reason why we were distracted from this idea. In addition, for two weeks I was assigned to cover for the receptionist at her desk while she was on vacation and often other times which greatly reduced the time I needed to learn new responsibilities and complete work in a timely manner. Unfortunately, mistakes were not brought to my attention during the time which would have made me more successful.
I am really interested in pursuing a career in your department and confident with formal training I can remain a valuable employee. Is there anyway possible that you would reconsider your decision and extend my probation so I can have a fair opportunity to prove that I am qualified for the position?
