well i dont know another one but you cannot add ic at the of a word on the other hand ical is to create an adjective for ex: technical error

“ic” (roughly) corresponds to “having the quality or essence of” while “ical” (again roughly) corresponds to “of or relating to”, like classic/classical or historic/historical.
