Does the following sentence mean "She is more than adorable or she is extremely adorable"?

"Adorable is not the word my for little girl."

We have no idea without more context. It could mean that she is revolting.
She is so loving that she grabs everyone's attention at first glance. "Adorable" is not the word for my little girl. Although she is very young, she shows affections towards everyone.

Well, you expressed it better than the OP. However, I understood the point from the beginning. (Everybody thinks their baby is the cutest.)
