He is the same age as me.
He is the same age as I am.
He is the same age as I was two years ago.
Are all the sentences correct?

They're all correct in ordinary speech, but some people may object to the first one, which is technically incorrect, but is extremely common among native speakers. If you wish to be correct and formal, use the second one.

Some people may insist on saying "He is the same age as I." This is also technically correct, but sounds stilted and old-fashioned to me. My grandparents, both academics, used to say it.

3 He gets up at the same time as I get up.

Same as above. But you need to be careful with your verbs. Do you really want to say "I gets up"?

He gets up at the same time as I do.

Can I call 'I do' a clause? Please tell me. Thanks.
