I know the sentence below sounds terrible, but I think it's actually grammatically correct. Would you agree?
"After the Opposition Division has already had to contend with numerous subsidiary requests, the Board of Appeal will have to asses a confusingly high number of subsidiary requests."
I suppose a better-sounding option would be:
"Now that the Opposition Division has had to contend with numerous siubsidiary requests, the Board of Appeal will too."
