I know the sentence below sounds terrible, but I think it's actually grammatically correct. Would you agree?

"After the Opposition Division has already had to contend with numerous subsidiary requests, the Board of Appeal will have to asses a confusingly high number of subsidiary requests."

I suppose a better-sounding option would be:

"Now that the Opposition Division has had to contend with numerous siubsidiary requests, the Board of Appeal will too."

"Now that the Opposition Division has had to contend with numerous subsidiary requests, the Board of Appeal will, too."

Much better! (But you need a comma before too.) ;-)
