Do you know by any chance if there is a site where we can find and read Agatha Christie's novels?

Today I'm looking for the novel "Mrs Ginty's Dead" by A. Christie

Are there sites where we can find translations in French of her works and other English works?

I couldn't find that book, but I found this:

Because she died in 1976, her books are still copyright, so it's unlikely that there will be much there. ;-)
