"agree to" and "agree with"

can you please explain me the difference between "agree with" and "agree to".As far as i know,we use them as follows
"agree with somebody"
"agree to something"
Are they right?
can you explain me exactly how to use those phrases with some examples.

"agree to something (such as plans, suggestions, ways, opinions)"
"agree on something (share the same thought/with the same idea on something)"

He agrees with her.
She agreed with what he had said.
Jack agrees to her suggestion.
Tom and Mary didn't agree on that matter.
We agree on helping him.
