I would like to know the meaning of the next sentence.
I'm all about you.

In this context, "all about" means that the person being spoken to is very important to the speaker. It generally means that someone thinks about something a lot, or that something or someone is extremely important to them.

For example, my landlady seems to care about nothing except money and I frequently say "She's all about the money".

It's very colloquial.
