My schedule are all full on weekdays. Would you like to make it on weekends?

1. For the above sentence, I should use "all are" because weekdays are plural. Am I right?

2. Is "schedule" singular/countable?

3. Is "all are" reflecting "schedule" or " weekends"?

Thanks.

This doesn't work. The subject is schedule, which is singular. I would say My schedule is full on weekdays. Is this a one-off meeting or something that will be repeated? This would affect whether I'd use the weekend or weekends.
