I know
"Not all of us have money with us. "
=Some of us have no money.

What does "All of us have no money with us" mean?

Does it mean "Not all of us have money with us" or "None of us have money with us"?

Thanks!

Jason

It's the latter. "All of us have no money with us" is a very awkward statement.

Neither. It is not standard English.
