Are these sentences correct:
1-I also, did not say anything.
2-I too, did not say anything.
I know that normally one has to use "either" with the negative (I did not say anything either.), but I wonder if one could ever use "too" and "also" to make the sentence sound more "active". Do people ever use "also" and "too" in this way?
