Hi,

1- I don't like listening to music, and (I) also don't like watching Tv.

2- I don't like listening to music, and (I) don't like watching Tv as well.

Is it possible to use 'also, as well' in negative sentences as it mentioned above or must I use 'either' or 'neither' instead of them?

You can use it but it makes for a rather unnatural sentence because it means you end up repeating the "don't like" part. Sentence 1 is OK. Sentence 2 is not.

I don't like listening to music or watching TV.
