Hello all,

Is the bold part an adverb here? Can we put it at the end of the sentence?

What’s more, he believes in a full personal life. That is, he makes enough quality time for his family, friends and leisure activities. He takes good care of himself by getting enough sleep, eating right, and getting regular exercise, and this serves as a lifestyle example to others. In my opinion, that makes the whole team more effective, and a more effective team more likely meets its goals.

It was written by myself. That's why I didn't mention. :)
The last sentence was offered by a teacher.

The last phrase doesn't work. You could write a more effective team is more likely to meet its goals.

Not every native speaker of a language can write it well. The last sentence of the text is not good English.
