Is "don't feel like reading" equivalent with "don't want/like to read"?

And with e-book reader's portability, this device is ideal for people who like to travel. On a trip, it is much easier to carry one Kindle stocked with your favorite books and magazines than to pack up several hardbacks. And if you don’t feel like reading in the car, it is Amazon’s Whispersync that can give you an audiobook whenever you want it.

Yes, but it's more temporary than "don't like to read". That suggests that you never like to read. If you "don't feel like doing something", you're just not in the mood for it at the time being referred to. In your piece, it suggests that there might be a time when you're in a car and you are in the mood to read something but you don't want to read a physical book (or you can't because you're driving!), so you can use the Kindle to satisfy your desire.

Mum: Why didn't you do your homework last night?
Joe: I didn't feel like it. I'll do it this evening.

Dave: Shall we go out for dinner?
Sarah: I don't feel like it. Why don't you just cook me something nice?
Dave: OK!
