I am wondering if my sentences sounds natural.

Anna kept banging on about having children until Peter cut her short. "What's happened? Last year you were talking about never having children. Can't you make your mind?"

A preposition is missing.

It's "up."

Can't you make up your mind?

Perhaps:

Last year you said you didn't want to have kids. Can't you make up your mind?

I think that might be a little more natural.

"Bang on about something" is BrE, and means to talk a lot about something in a boring way. I think it is appropriate in the above sentence.
