Hi,

A stock company will publish official documents, e.g. annual reports and quarterly financial reports, periodically to the public.

I need to find a word to express the above meaning for project purpose.

A). Announcement
B). Bulletin

Which word is better for expressing all related information from the stock company?
Are they all correct and suitable?
Is there any difference between them under this situation and context?

Please help,
Thanks.

The closest word I can think of is "financial reports". "Announcement" or "bulletin" in and of itself does not mean "official documents".

I am not a teacher.

Thanks.

I meant the process of publishing all related documents and information, including but not limited to the financial reports and other share price related information, to the public. The word should be able to express this meaning.

I hope this can make it more clear.

"A public release" is probably the closest to what you want. Other people may have better ideas.

@RobertJ: Hey man, welcome aboard. In my opinion you are just what we are looking for. You are an experienced teacher, (albeit not of English) and a native speaker. So please stop just liking and thanking, and start teaching.

Happy Easter, probus.

The sarcasm in your post is duly noted, I thank you for that. However, since your post contributes nothing to the OP may I suggest that in the future you use the private message feature for comments such as these.

My sincere apologies. I certainly intended no sarcasm. I was simply trying to welcome you as a new and valued teacher. For some unknown reason, I was unable to access the private message feature, which I would have preferred to use.
