Recently, several incidents of blockage at common drainage and manhole have happened. This resulted sewage blockage to several lower floor residential units and serious flooding. During the progress of the drainage clearance works, we have found
towels, underwear, huge amount of female sanitary towel and solid greasy substance inside the drainage system so that drainage was blocked seriously.
The above incidents continuously occurred and caused individual owners suffering enormous damages and nuisance.
Please remind and instruct all family members and servant do not dump any solid
non-water-solvent substance into the water closet or other drainage facilities
