Another complex sentence! HELP

Is this a complex sentence? "Were you born in the year of the book worm if so you are smart, witty, creative, and love to read." If is a subordinate conjunction so I do not know if this a complex sentence! I need to know by tonight! Please reply and thanks in advance!!!

The sentence is not as it should be set out. To get the correct idea it should be:
"Were you born in the year of the book worm? If so (then) you are smart, witty, creative, and love to read."
Consider also:
"If you were born in the year of the bookworm then you are smart.........".
Get the sentence right first.
