Sincerely, what I am amazed most by is the fact that after reading that mail you say you still love him and don't want to lose him. Either you are not ready to face the truth or wow! he must be one terrific guy for you to want him inspite of him referring to you as if YOU were the third party and the african lady was his wife. (he has written something about him feeling like he's cheating on HER by being with you!)...


1. Is it should be "his referring "??

2.It is gerund or participle??

I would prefer "his" there, but "him" is acceptable.

With "his" it is a gerund; with "him", it is a participle. :wink:
