Is it fine the sentence "I wonder if it is possible to have a training report sheet template, as I have just realized I run out."?

Or should I say at the end of the sentence, "I run out of them"?

Many thanks

The words in the brackets (..) are optional.

"I wonder if it is (at all) possible to get a training report template, as I have just (now) realized (that) I've (just now) run out (of them)."

present: run
past: ran
perfect: have run

:D

I'd agree with Cas on using the present perfect as it links the running-out to the present and has current importance. ;-)
