a. anyhow b. somewhere
c. somewhat d. anyway

anyhow is the correct choice. What's wrong with somewhat

"Anyhow" is incorrect, IMO. I would choose "somewhat".

I agree with my colleagues. Anyhow is definitely not the correct choice. It should be the forecast was somewhat uncertain.

They're not the same- somewhat expresses the quantity of uncertainty, while somehow looks at the manner. ;-)
