Hi,

1.Do you want anymore?
2.Don't you want anymore?

Can we use 'anymore' in positive questions? (I think the second one is OK)

In the context you have given, you need to use "any more" (two separate words).

Do you want any more?
Don't you want any more?

You are more likely to hear "Do you want some more?" in the positive but there's nothing wrong with "any more".
