Just wanted to know which sentence is correct

I am staying at Mr and Mrs Olsons'

or

I am staying at Mr and Mrs Olson's

I'm not a teacher, but I think it's I am staying at Mr and Mrs Olson's that is correct as long as their family name is Olson.
If still in doubt, try I am staying with Mr and Mrs Olson.
