Please tell me, are these sentences gramatically correct? Thank you very much!

The damages from plant pathogens, especially from nematodes, viruses and fungi, steadily grow. Phytosanitary is a very important issue in Russia now. Complex infections are dominated in fields and in glass houses. Nurseries of horticulture and berries could serve as an indicator of negative processes in all Russian agriculture. Last year, we inspected raspberry plantation of the Institute for Horticulture and unexpectedly found cysts of Globodera rostochiensis in the rhizospheres of raspberries there. We did not find Globodera in other plantations of the Institute for Horticulture.

Even though the damage being done may be of various kinds, at the moment, you are talking collectively about 'damage'.

Phytosanitary is a very important issue in Russia now.

Complex infections are dominated in fields and in glass houses.

It is not clear what you mean here. Can you tell me in simple words what you mean by 'dominated'? What actually is going on with these complex infections?

Nurseries of horticulture and berries could serve as an indicator of negative processes in all Russian agriculture.

Again, in simple words, what do you want to say. For example, you jump from 'horticultural nurseries' ( a place where plants are grown) and combine that (in using 'and') to itemizing one actual plant...of all the fruits and vegetables in Russia! Your next paragraph suggests you mean hortiultural nurseries specifically researching raspberries.

We did not find Globodera in other plantations of the Institute (for Horticulture-omit - we know from the previous sentence which specific institute you are referring to.)

I need to say that complex infections (when several pathogens infect a plant at the same time) dominated over a single infection (when one pathogen infect a plant). How can I say this?

I need to say that all negative processes of agriculture can be seen in nurseries. How can I say this?

Complex infections are the dominant finding....
or
Complex infections predominate in both field and glasshouse.

You wil wonder why I have used the singular form for 'fields' and 'glasshouses'.
You are not referring to the fields and glasshouses that are found in the XYZ region of Russia, but to the type of growing environment, field versus hothouse.

Therefore, horticultural nurseries for berries could serve as an indicator of any negative processes which are likely to be affecting Russian agriculture.
Firstly, I am unsure about your choice of the word 'processes'. You may well be right (but check the word in your dictionary),- I wonder if 'factors' might fit better?

As I understand, and have slanted the meaning towards:
Infections occur in both indoor and outdoor growing environments. Therefore, if we check and find infections in the berries in glasshouses, then this is a strong indicator that infections will be affecting agricultural crops in Russia generally.
