In the results of our investigations, it was established that complex of plant parasitic nematodes such as Globodera rostochiensis (quarantine object), potato viruses such as CARLA, POTY and POTEX groups, Tomato black ring virus (TBRV),Tobacco rattle virus (TRV) and root rot fungi is wide distributed in potatoes, vegetables and berries in Russia. In vegetables- NEPO and TOBRA viruses and associated with them nematodes, gall nematodes and complex of many plant pathogenic root rot fungi are wide spread. In strawberry, currant and raspberry- complex of leaf, stem and bud nematodes, strawberry and spider mites is very distributed. In raspberry- it is the complex of root ecto- and endoparasic nematodes (Paratylenchus, Rotylenchus, Helicotylenchus, Pratylenchus), virus- vector Longidoridae and Trichodoridae), bud and raspberry mites, spider mites, fungi infections (predominantly Fusarium, Rhizoctonia, Pythium, Phytophtora), cysts of Globodera rostochiensis, ring spot viruses.
