are these sentences right?

Hi there,

I wonder if the following sentences are gramatically correct and if they make sense.
Can somebody help me? Thanks!

-If one day there were any problems in my neighbourhood, this programme could be the solution
-Is a fine cancelled? Annulled? Retired?
-My garden is not perfect, I know, but form here / this (?) to untidy there’s a long way
-The fine is for / because of (?) my untidy garden
-This fine is absolutely unfair under my circumstances
-You should do this exercise as / for (?) homework
-My dog loves making holes in the garden
-Antisocial behaviour orders are a good idea for all the people in my neighbourhood (we all can benefit from them)
-She passed the university entrance exam on Saturday
-Everybody should receive a good education since childhood
-It is important to go on studying after the university

:?: Are " since" and " the university" wrong or just not good ? Please.

"since childhood" means after you have stopped being a child.
"from childhood" means from the point in childhood that you can start learning.

In this context, it is the general term for institutions of tertiary education - university - and not a specific tertiary education institute - the university
