1- What a hard life you have gone through! Yet,
It has never affected your Kindness!

2- The shoelace is wet, I can't undo it​

1- What a hard life you have gone through! Yet,
It has never affected your Kindness!

2- The shoelace is wet, I can't undo it​

1 - What a hard life you've had! Yet it hasn't affected your kindness.

2 - Your sentence is fine. I would perhaps add "and" to show cause and effect: "The shoelace is wet and I can't undo it." (Remember the full stop at the end.)
