Is the following sentence correct? Is there any other way to ask the same question?
Are you [strike]gonna[/strike] going to do chest/shoulder/leg exercises today?
Although speakers usually pronounce it as gonna,​ you should only write that in very casual contexts or quoted dialog. The rest of the sentence is fine.
