1-They arranged it for him to be attacked.
2-They did it for him to panic.
3-They'd do anything for him to suffer.

No, they're not. They should read respectively:
1. They arranged for him to be attacked.
2. They did it to make him panic.
3. They'd do anything to make him suffer.

How about using "so that"?
4-They arranged it so that he should be attacked.
5-They did it so that he would panic.
6-They'd do anything so that he would suffer.
