'The Art Of The Deal' is the title of a book by Donald Trump.

I think it means 'The Art of Making Deals'.

But I don't get the grammar of the title. Can we say 'The Art Of The Dance' (The art of dancing) or 'The Art Of The Cinema'?

My problem is with the 'the' in front of 'deal'.

Maybe the title means 'the art that is in the deal'? Maybe the 'of' is possessive?

Gratefully,
Navi.

The Art Of Dance
The Art Of Cinema

These are correct without an article as they include uncountable nouns.

The Art Of Deal

This doesn't work because Deal does not make sense as an uncountable noun, therefore

The Art Of The Deal

is correct because in business you make a deal.
