Is the definite article required before the name of a school, such as
"Please call (the) ABC school"? Thank for helping.

Not if it's not part of a name, Dee. If it's a name then no 'the'.

I know your example is just an example but if a school was called The ABC School, then, of course, 'the' would be be included.

We usually omit the article [the] when we refer to a school by its proper name.

"Please call Lincoln High School."

Sometimes the article is part of the school's name.

"Please call The Hill Street School for Boys."
