Hi, can I ask which one is correct.

"Artmaking tools" or Art-making tools"

Neither phrase is natural. What kind of tools do you consider to be used for "art making"?

I am referring to those tools normally used by students to do art work.
If neither is correct, how should I desribe those tools?

Artist's tools/equipment.

I'd say "art supplies." But I've only ever bought them for my child, not for a "serious artist."
